Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by DC Healthcare Holdings Berhad dated 27 June 2023.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 27 June 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 5 July 2023.

In the event there is any changes to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
