The Closing Price of RM2.6404 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of AXIATA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than AXIATA-C88's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of AXIATA-C88 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised AXIATA-C88 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the AXIATA-C88 shall terminate absolutely.
