We wish to announce that SIMEPLT-C14 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM4.2625 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SIMEPLT shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SIMEPLT-C14's Exercise Price of RM4.50, holders of SIMEPLT-C14 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SIMEPLT-C14 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SIMEPLT-C14 shall terminate absolutely.
