On behalf of the Board of Directors of IDB, MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd (“MainStreet”) wishes to inform that MainStreet has ceased to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 July 2023 as the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
