DC HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS BERHAD INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING ("IPO") OF 199,260,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN DC HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("DCHCARE") IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LISTING OF DCHCARE ("SHARES") ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (“TIIH”) wishes to announce that the public issue of 49,815,000 New Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public has been oversubscribed.

A total of 17,614 applications for 3,011,662,400 New Shares with a value of RM752,915,600.00 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 59.46 times. 

The notices of allotment will be posted to all successful applicants on or before 14 July 2023.
