| Working experience and occupation | Mr Ferdinand K. Constantino was appointed to the Board of Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd ('the Company') on 30 August 2013. He is the Group Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer and Corporate Information Officer of San Miguel Corporation ('SMC'). Mr Constantino also sits on the boards of several San Miguel subsidiaries.
