Reference is made to our announcements dated 11 May 2017, 15 May 2017, 16 June 2017, 19 June 2017, 5 September 2017, 2 October 2017, 17 October 2017, 30 November 2017, 3 January 2018, 8 January 2018, 5 February 2018, 6 February 2018, 15 March 2018, 18 June 2018 and 10 June 2020.
The Board of Directors of Innity Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to further announce that in the matter of the Defendant (in Liquidation) under the Companies Winding-Up No.66 of 2018, and following the declaration and payment of the First and Interim dividend of 1.2% (HK$34,197.07) by the Joint and Several Liquidator of the Defendant, KPMG Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Liquidator”) on 27 May 2022, the Liquidator on 30 June 2023 declared the Second and Final ordinary dividend of 0.243 per cent (HK$6,924.91) to ICCL.
Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
