The Company refers to the Articles which appeared in focusmalaysia.my and www.nst.com.my dated 12 July 2023 respectively entitled "Has Sersol head honcho Justin Lim Hwa Tat gone into hiding" and "MACC looking for man with Datuk title to assist investigation". 
The Company wishes to clarify firstly that Datuk Wira Justin Lim Hwa Tat is presently holding the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has been away overseas since February 2023 for purpose and reason only known to him. 
The Company has been contacted by MACC and was made to understand that the MACC is investigating on certain payments made by the Company to a third party, which were approved and instructed by Datuk Wira Justin Lim Hwa Tat. 
The majority of the Board of the Company had not received any update from him thus far.
