The board of directors of PLS wishes to announce that Brighthill Synergy Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 July 2023 entered into a Shareholders Agreement with Agrofresh Management Sdn Bhd to mutually develop, operate, maintain and harvest the banana plantation which include but not limited to packaging, trading, exporting and wholesaling of bananas via a joint venture company named “PLS Agrofresh Sdn Bhd”.
