We refer to PJ Development's previous announcements in relation to the Offer. The Board of Directors of PJ Development wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has, vide its letter dated 8 December 2016, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the securities of PJ Development will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 13 December 2016.
