Reference is made to the announcements dated 3 October 2022 to 11 May 2023 in relation pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Announcements”). The Board of Directors of SESB wishes to announce that the Framework Agreement with PJD Link Holdings Sdn Bhd and Noblemax Resources Sdn Bhd and PJD Link (M) Sdn Bhd was mutually terminated with immediate effect via Notice of Mutual Termination dated 17 July 2023.
