Further to the Company’s announcement made on 6 July 2023 relating to the application for extension of time to hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016.
The Board of Directors of REVENUE wishes to announce that the Company had received the approval from the Companies Commission of Malaysia vide its letter dated 14 July 2023 on the Company’s application for the extension of time up to 31 March 2024 to hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting in accordance with Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016.
