This is a voluntary announcement made by the Company.

Reference is made to the announcements made on 16 January 2023, 7 February 2023, 5 March 2023, 16 May 2023 and 7 June 2023 in relation to the Joint Investment between PLS LESB Sdn Bhd (“PLS-LESB”), Millennium Agriculture Technology Sdn Bhd (“MAT”) and Myfarm, Inc., Japan (“MYFARM”) ("Announcements").

Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that MAT has remitted the additional non-refundable deposit. The Parties have mutually agreed to extend the completion for the first tranche from 14 July 2023 to by 31 August 2023. 

Save for the above, all the terms and provisions of the joint venture cum shareholders' agreement dated 5 March 2023 between the Parties shall remain in full force and continue to take effect and be binding to the Parties.
