We refer to the announcements made on 19 May 2023, 23 May 2023, 8 June 2023, 13 June 2023, 21 June 2023 and 14 July 2023 in relation to the Corporate Exercises ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definition set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that HWGB's existing number of 662,578,000 Shares will be consolidated into 165,644,500 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 1 August 2023, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
