We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TESLA by way of market making.

The TESLA-C4 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The TESLA-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The TESLA-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023 and Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 July 2023.
