We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of META by way of market making. The META-C13 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The META-C13 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The META-C13 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023 and Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 July 2023.
The salient terms of the META-C13 are set out in the attachment.
