We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GAMUDA by way of market making.

The GAMUDA-C1W is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GAMUDA-C1W is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The GAMUDA-C1W is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 July 2023.
