KRONOLOGI ASIA BERHAD ("KRONOLOGI" OR "COMPANY") ISSUANCE OF FREE WARRANTS 2023/2028 IN KRONOLOGI ("WARRANTS A") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT A FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING SHARES IN KRONOLOGI ("KRONOLOGI SHARES") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF KRONOLOGI WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE COMPANY'S RECORD OF DEPOSITORS AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 1 AUGUST 2023 PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS A
Each Warrant A carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Kronologi Share at the exercise price (as set out above) and at any time during the exercise period (as set out above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 17 July 2023 constituting the Warrants A. Any Warrant A not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. If the maturity date of the Warrants A falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 9 August 2023.
