We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 88,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over HSI by way of market making.

The HSI-CRT is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The HSI-CRT is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022. The HSI-CRT is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2022. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-CRT are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 September 2022.
