The Company wishes to announce that Abadi Canggih Sdn. Bhd. ("ACSB"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 21 August 2023 commenced its member's voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 (“Voluntary Winding Up”) and Ms. Mak Chooi Peng has been appointed as the Liquidator of ACSB for purposes of the Voluntary Winding Up.

ACSB ceased its operation in dealing of timber and its related products since financial year ended 31 December 2015 and remained dormant since then.

The Voluntary Winding Up is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Minho Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. None of the directors or major shareholders of Minho or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Voluntary Winding Up.
