On behalf of the Board of Komarkcorp, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed consolidation of every 5 existing ordinary shares in Komarkcorp (“Komarkcorp Shares”) held by the shareholders of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later, into 1 Komarkcorp Share (“Proposed Share Consolidation”).
