We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the DRBHCOM Shares. DRBHCOMC2X is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 5 December 2022 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. DRBHCOMC2X is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 25 August 2023. DRBHCOMC2X is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of DRBHCOMC2X is set out in the attachment. |
