We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the MYEG Shares. MYEG-C5M is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 5 December 2022 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. MYEG-C5M is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 25 August 2023. MYEG-C5M is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of MYEG-C5M is set out in the attachment. |
