Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 28 August 2023 in relation to clarification on the article entitled "RGB International Bhd Syarikat Judi Taja Hamzah, VIP, PN: CEO dan Tan Sri di tahan SPRM".

The Board of Directors of RGBI wishes to further clarify that RGBI's Independent Non-Executive Director, Tan Sri Norazman Bin Hamidun was not arrested by the MACC. The RGBI’s Managing Director, Dato’ Seri Chuah Kim Seah is currently on bail and giving his full cooperation with the investigation and the Company wishes to highlight that the investigation had been largely focused on his private business related to slot clubs. RGB's involvement in this investigation is solely related to the sales of machines to Malaysia's slot clubs.

The Company wishes to stress that it has not and will not condone any form of ''political funding''. The Company's Directors have no link to any politician in the country.
