The Closing Price of RM4.3925 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GENTING shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than GENTINGC2I's Exercise Price of RM5.15, holders of GENTINGC2I will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GENTINGC2I will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GENTINGC2I shall terminate absolutely.
