We wish to announce that MYEG-C4L expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 August 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MYEG-C4L x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MYEG-C4L x (RM0.8028 - RM0.68) x (1/1)
= Number of MYEG-C4L x RM0.1228
The Closing Price of RM0.8028 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MYEG shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of MYEG-C4L by ordinary post.
