Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 2 March 2023 and 30 June 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Board of Directors of ASTRA wishes to announce that the exclusivity period of the BTS has expired on 30 August 2023. The parties to the BTS mutually agreed not to extend the exclusivity period of the BTS in respect of the Proposed Acquisition. With effect from 31 August 2023, each party to the BTS will be released from any obligations or liabilities to each other.
