- JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN CFM AND EA MOBILITY HOLDING CO. LTD.

We refer to CFM’s announcement dated 1 September 2023 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:

1. The status of the Joint Venture Agreement between CFM and EA Mobility Holding Co. Ltd. arising from the acquisition of 50 ordinary shares in the joint venture company and whether the said joint venture is terminated, and the effective date of the termination.

2. The status of the Group’s venture into the electric vehicle business and its plan with regard to this business moving forward, with the cessation of EA Mobility Holding Co. Ltd. as the joint venture partner for this business.
