Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company and Lysaght Marketing (S) Pte. Ltd. (“LMS”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPTs”) as detailed in Section 2 of the announcement and the total consideration of which by way of aggregation, is RM 1 million or more or exceed the percentage ratio of 1%, whichever is lower, from the period from 21 July 2023 to 6 September 2023.
