The Board of Directors of Lion Corporation Berhad ("LCB") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the procurement of a general mandate for the LCB group of companies to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with related parties ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Forty-Third Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A circular containing the information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
