Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Minox International Group Berhad dated 20 September 2023.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 20 September 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 3 October 2023.

In the event there is any changes to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
