The Board of Directors of SBC Corporation Berhad ("SBC") wishes to announce that following the retirement of Mr. Lee Kong Leong as an Independent Non-Executive Director of SBC on 21 September 2023 at the conclusion of the Thirty-third Annual General Meeting, Mr. Lee Kong Leong has ceased as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of SBC and that in place thereof, YBhg. Dato’ Lim Cheang Nyok has been appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of SBC with immediate effect.
