The Board of Directors (“Board”) of DXN Holdings Bhd. (“DXNH” or “The Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had, on 20 September 2023, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (the "MOA") with Persatuan Holistik dan Herba Malaysia also known as Malaysia Holistic and Herbal Organisation (Registration No. 0092-06-WKL) (hereinafter referred to as “MHHO”) to establish collaboration and explore opportunities for development and support to the collaboration based on their respective fields of expertise and resources.
