Remarks : 
Pursuant to the bonus issue exercise undertaken by the Company, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 12 July 2016, the exercise price of the warrants 2013/ 2018 ("Warrants B") will be revised from RM0.24 to RM0.20 while an additional 125,229,175 Warrants B will be listed and quoted on 8 September 2016. 

The adjustment to the exercise price of the Warrants B shall take effect from 9.00 a.m. on 8 September 2016, being the next market day following the entitlement date for the bonus issue on 7 September 2016, in accordance with the deed poll dated 19 August 2013 constituting the Warrants B.

The Notice to Warrant B holders containing details of the adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants B will be despatched to the holders of the Warrants B in due course.
