The Board of Directors of LFE ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 September 2023 entered into a conditional share sale agreement ("SSA") with Mr Patrick Heng Jin Wei ("Vendor") to acquire 100,000 units of ordinary shares of LFE Development Sdn Bhd ("LDSB") ("LDSB Sale Share(s)"), representing the remaining 40.0% equity interest in LDSB for a purchase consideration of RM3,500,000.00 only ("Purchase Consideration") ("Acquisition of LDSB").
