The Board of Directors of MTAG wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Share Buy Back Authority to purchase up to five percent (5%) of the Company's total number of issued shares at the forthcoming Sixth Annual General Meeting to be convened.
A Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the above proposal will be issued to the shareholders together with the 2023 Annual Report of the Company in due course.
