Unless otherwise stated, the terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements made on 7 December 2022 and 12 December 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposal of Properties by Central Melamineware Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("Proposed Disposal").

The Board of Directors of CAM wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 26 September 2023.
