The Closing Price of RM0.7288 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of BJFOOD shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than BJFOOD-CF's Exercise Price of RM1.00, holders of BJFOOD-CF will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised BJFOOD-CF will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the BJFOOD-CF shall terminate absolutely.
