We wish to announce that UNISEM-C32 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 September 2023 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of UNISEM-C32 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of UNISEM-C32 x (RM3.2322 - RM2.90) x (1/3)
= Number of UNISEM-C32 x RM0.1107
The Closing Price of RM3.2322 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of UNISEM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of UNISEM-C32 by ordinary post.
