We wish to announce that IHH-C35 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 September 2023 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM5.9619 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of IHH shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than IHH-C35's Exercise Price of RM6.00, holders of IHH-C35 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised IHH-C35 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the IHH-C35 shall terminate absolutely.
