Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of RAMSSOL wishes to announce that RAMSSOL has offered options to the eligible Directors and employees of the Company and its non-dormant subsidiaries to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS.
