We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrant over ordinary shares of SUPERMX by way of market making. The SUPERMX-C3V is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SUPERMX-C3V is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The SUPERMX-C3V is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 July 2023.
