Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 18 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Scheme (“Earlier Announcement”).
Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcement.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the solicitor had on 11 October 2023 extracted the sealed court order dated 5 October 2023 to convene a Court Convene Meeting within 90 days from the date of the court order, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving the Proposed Scheme.
The venue, date and time of the Court Convene Meeting will be announced in due course. |
