The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad (“OpenSys” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company had on 12th October 2023 accepted a Letter of Award from Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”) for the “Outsourcing of Outward Cheque Clearing At Maybank Branches in Malaysia” project for a period of seven (7) years, commencing from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2030 and for a total value of RM105.0 million (excluding 6% Sales and Service Tax).
