Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 21 June 2023 in respect of the resignation of Messrs. TGS TW PLT as the Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Meridian wishes to announce that Jamal, Amin & Partners having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 13 October 2023 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
