We refer to the Company’s announcements on 4 August 2023 and 4 September 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply.
On behalf of the Board, Thinkat wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 17 October 2023, noted that up to 26,000,000 new Supergenics Shares arising from the Proposed Private Placement representing approximately 27.96% of the existing total number of issued shares in Supergenics (excluding treasury shares, if any) will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities at an issue price to be determined and announced at a later date in multiple tranches by 16 April 2024, being 6 months from the date hereof.
