With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

YTL-C71 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 September 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The YTL-C71 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023 and the Term Sheet for the YTL-C71 dated 23 October 2023.

A summary of the principal terms of the YTL-C71 is set out in Table 1.
