Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 June 2023, 15 June 2023, 5 July 2023, 13 July 2023, 31 July 2023, 11 August 2023, 14 August 2023, 9 October 2023, 19 October 2023 and 20 October 2023 in relation to the Private Placement (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for the third tranche of up to 10,004,650 ICT Zone Asia Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement at RM0.1900 each. The issue price represents a discount of 2.81% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of ICT Zone Asia Shares up to and including 20 October 2023 of RM0.1955, being the last market day immediately before the price-fixing date.
