On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the approval granted by Bursa Securities on 14 April 2023 for an extension of time to complete the implementation of the Private Placement has lapsed on 21 October 2023. Accordingly, the Private Placement is deemed completed on 21 October 2023.
As at 20 October 2023, EPM had issued 22,722,930 Placement Shares under the Private Placement, raising total gross proceeds of RM21,585,668.85.
