Reference is made to the announcements dated 27 August 2021, 29 October 2021, 8 December 2021, 17 February 2022, 27 April 2022, 23 June 2022, 6 September 2022, 30 September 2022, 31 October 2022, 15 November 2022, 25 November 2022, 16 December 2022, 2 March 2023, 16 March 2023, 10 April 2023, 19 April 2023 and 13 September 2023 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim to Brilliant Propel Sdn. Bhd. ("The Defendant").

The Board of Directors of MTAG wishes to inform that the Court has adjourned the hearing date initially fixed on 25 October 2023 to a date to be informed later. This is due to the transfer of the Sessions Court Judge, Tuan Ahmad Zaki from the Johor Bahru Session Court with effect from 2 October 2023. Hence, the Court has fixed a Case Management on 14 November 2023 to schedule a new hearing date.

The Company will make the announcement as and when there is any material development in relation thereof.
